We work from our home kitchen where we bake all the biscuits fresh to order - using the same healthy recipes and high quality ingredients for every batch. As everything is handmade, in the baking process there may be slight variation in colour or shape but never in the quality of the product. 

We have carefully selected high quality, human grade, ingredients to make all our treats, which gives us 100% confident in all our ingredients and products. Making them not only extremely tasty but healthy as well. We do not produce any products to give to our four-legged friends that we could not eat ourselves.

We choose not to use any additives or preservative in our biscuits which have a 24 week best before date, from the date they were baked. Once opened the biscuits should be stored in the sealed bag or airtight container.

We suggest you wait until your dog is about 6 months old before giving them our treats as part of a balanced diet. Fresh water should always be available for your dog to drink.

Our belief in protecting the environment means we have chosen to use biodegradable bags. These are made from 45%-60% renewable wood pulp starch making them eco-friendly. This is enhanced by the use of cardboard boxes, kraft paper and eco friendly tape when posting your order.

We charge a non-profit making flat rate delivery fee of £3.50 using the Royal Mail second class ‘small package’ service & aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days of ordering, which gives us the necessary time to prepare, bake, cool and package your order.

Simply add the products you want to buy to your basket, nominate a delivery address & your payment method.

Click “place order” & you will be redirected to the PayPal payment website where you just have to enter your payment details before hitting the “pay now” tab to place your order.

We will confirm that we have received your order, although this may not mean that your order has been accepted. This will be acknowledged by an email & will confirm details of your order & date of shipment.

For orders via our on-line shop, we must receive full, cleared payment before your order is despatched. For our & your security, credit or debit card holders are subject to validation. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You have an unconditional right to cancel your order, or make changes to it, until your order has been shipped.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days & will inform you by email on the progress of your order.

6 Delivery Charges.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products & would like either an exchange or refund for an item(s) please inform us via email, letting us know your order number & reason for the refund/exchange. 

Any returns need to be sent to us within 5 days from their receipt when we will confirm with you if you require an exchange or a refund. Any returned items must be sealed, unopened & in a resalable condition.

We endeavour to provide our customers with quality products & service. Our products are oven baked on our own premises in small batch quantities. While our fresh ingredients & recipes are identical, the baking process can produce slight variations of size, shape, texture, colour & fragrance.  

On receipt of your order please inspect it & let us know about any faulty or damaged items within 5 days. We will then send you a replacement product or a full refund. Please do not return any products without previously notifying us.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

The price on our website, which are inclusive of VAT, are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the product price when an order is placed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website & your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
